“The only limitations in life are the ones we create for ourselves.“

Coaching and facilitation have always been a common thread throughout my life. As a former safety officer and emergency manager, I spent 10 years working in change management, taking organizations from where they were to where they wanted to be.
After a series of personal losses and a near death experience, I began to re-evaluate the priorities in my own life. Needing time to grieve, to breathe, and to heal, I made the impulsive decision to walk the Camino de Santiago, an 800-kilometre pilgrimage across Spain.
Camino helped me realize the life I’d been living was not the one I wanted for myself. I’d been following someone else’s script, written in childhood. Before I could move forward, I had to confront my past, tear down the negative mental models that held me back, and rebuild on a stronger foundation that was authentic to my values, aptitudes and interests. Facing my own childhood trauma with courage and acceptance not only changed my outlook on life, it spurred me to choose a path of service to those still struggling.
As a coach, I draw on my wealth of work, education, and life experience to help clients clarify their own direction, identify potential challenges, develop strategies to address those challenges, and set specific goals and benchmarks. As a client’s personal cheerleader, nothing makes me happier than to see my clients succeed in their goals.
“Jeanne and I have been working together since October 2020, and she has become my confidante and accountability partner as I grow my business. During the short time Jeanne has been coaching me, I have gained strength and confidence to push through adversity and low days. With Jeanne’s guidance, I’m certain I wouldn’t be where I am today with a growing business, boosted confidence and a zest for life.“
